Hello, I’m Elizabeth

With a focus on healthcare operations and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps organizations running smoothly, I specialize in coordinating projects, improving workflows, and supporting teams through clear, practical solutions. My experience spans healthcare and philanthropic settings, where I’ve worked closely with leadership to improve shared spaces, processes, and day-to-day operations.

Through my work, I aim to bring structure to complex or ambiguous situations — spotting gaps, asking the right questions, and helping translate needs into action.

Driving Impact: Expanding Healthcare Access & Equity

  • Breaking Barriers: The Wellness Express Vending Machine

What if accessing essential health products was as easy as grabbing a snack? The Wellness Express Vending Machine provides students, staff, and the campus community with discreet, affordable, and convenient access to vital health essentials—empowering individuals to make informed, confident choices.

  • Healing Beyond Borders: Medical Mission to Peru

Access to healthcare shouldn’t be a privilege. With iHelp Globally, I traveled to Peru to work alongside local communities and healthcare professionals, providing critical medical care to those in need. This hands-on collaboration reinforced the power of community-driven solutions and deepened my commitment to global health equity.

Beyond the Classroom

Alongside working full time and completing my graduate studies, I’ve also competed in the UCLA Center for Healthcare Management Case Competition—an experience that challenged me to think strategically, collaborate under pressure, and translate classroom concepts into real-world healthcare solutions.

In 2026, out of 92 teams, only eight advanced to the in-person finals in Los Angeles. CSULB’s DREAM Team was the only CSU team in the competition’s history to make it to finals, and we placed 4th overall. Presenting our strategy, implementation plan, and vision to UCLA’s executive leadership was a highlight of the experience.

Graduate Dean’s List of Scholars and Artists

Looking back on the last two years of the AP program, what stood out most wasn't just the coursework—it was how quickly our cohort became something more than classmates. We built on our careers while learning new skills, dedicated weekends to class, and found time we didn't think we had. We didn't do it alone; we did it together—supporting each other through deadlines, career changes, and life's biggest moments, from weddings to watching each other's kids grow up.

Cal State Long Beach designed a program that let us keep working, growing, and learning at once, with professors who supported us beyond the classroom. This experience—and this degree—represents responsibility: staying thoughtful, staying open to challenge, and staying committed to improving the spaces we're in.

It's been a privilege to grow alongside this group.

EK Floral Design is an extension of how I think about experience. I love the details that make a space feel warm, intentional, and welcoming. It’s also deeply customer-facing. I enjoy meeting people, brainstorming together, and translating what they want and need into a design that feels effortless. Floral design is both creative and disciplined, balancing structure with softness in every arrangement.

“You can tell that there’s a lot of time spent on creating beautiful designs. The arrangements are unique and beautiful.”
